Whenever an appointment can't go through and the startdate needs to be changed our client needs to call the customer who made the appointment. But the phone number is not shown in the appointments details in the backend. So this makes it difficult to find the customers information. We did enable the option that makes the phone field required.
I need the phone number to show when I edit an appointment. How can i achieve this?

If you enabled the phone as a mandatory field in Amelia -> General Settings, then the Customer's phone number will be displayed if you click on the Appointment on the back-end (you don't have to click on Edit Appointment even):
