Multiple "class" selection for events

The Event type is described as a "class" option for scheduling, but there is no way to select multiple classes in a week, or a month, or even just 2 of them.

Is the only solution for my clients to book 15 individual events and enter the coupon code 15 times for a biweekly class?

If I use appointments instead, there's no way to have two people sign up for the same time slot, so I sould have to manually add them on the back end.

Please help—can you explain how this is supposed to work?

    Hi Willard

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can achieve this by adding multiple dates to your event so if the class occurs twice a week when the clients book they will be assigned to both classes, you can add as many dates as you need for a single event.

You can also increase the maximum capacity for your appointments so more people will be able to book the same time slot.

    Settings under Service:

    • Minimum capacity: 1
    • Maximum capacity: 40 (for example)

Appointment Settings under Amelia Settings Tab:

    • Allow booking below minimum capacity: Yes (if set to no, once somebody books, it closes it out to everyone else)

Do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
