    I have many appointments already but nothing is showing at backend calendar, is there any special setting for it?

    Hi Kazuki

    Thank you for reaching out to us. 

    Please check if the time period matches the days when you have appointments, for example if you set it like this only appointments booked for June 2021 will show up and you will have to manually choose the time period you want to see

    If you already checked this, please tell us an example of an appointment that was not recorded in the system, and the page from where it was booked.

    Also please provide us with a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Kazuki

    Unfortunately we are not able to access the admin page, please whitelist Serbia and Turkey so we can log in and investigate this further.

    Thank you, we were able to log in. 

    We can see you have employees with numbers and special characters in their last name, could you please edit his/her last name so it contains only letters, and give it a go?

    Also, please try to deactivate all other plugins except for Amelia and see if the calendar is visible again. If that helps, please start activating plugins one by one until you find the problematic one.

    Usually, similar issues are related to an "empty last name" or to a conflicting plugin.

    If it doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know.
