Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Hello, is it possible to edit each time slot? Because by default its already set for every hour, but actually in our end, we need to have a 10 minute gap for every session.
For example:
the first session is 09.00-10.00
And the second session is 10.10-11.10
and the third session is 11:20-12:20
Is this possible? Thank you.
Hi, William,
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
If you want to set your Services with 10 mins gaps, then you should set the "Buffer time after" to 10 mins for each Service in the Service modal:
Also, you can include this time to the time slot by enabling the "Include service buffer time in time slots" option in Amelia -> General Settings.
PS Please note that if you don't see 10 mins among available time steps options, it means that you should open the Amelia -> general Settings page and set the General Time Slot Step to 10 mins.
Best Regards.
