Hi. Is it possible to display one employee without it being disabled automatically on the front end? When I enable one employee the form disappears and shows the calendar only but when I add a second employee the form becomes active. Kindly assist.
I want to display one employee..
Hi Job
Thank you for reaching out to us.
If you have only one employee the system will not show it as every booking is assigned to the same employee and there is no need to choose an employee, but if you add another one the customer has the option who they book with.
You can include the name of the employee in the notification email that is sent after booking if you want to notify your client who will be performing the service though.
I hope this helps, do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
