In Amelia front end demo, there is a beauty demo, where the service is display at the top (instead of the side) and the calendar below, as in the attached image.
How is it possible to replicate this layout

I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
This particular view is made with Packages feature, this is the view that is seen when the package is booked; as you can see it says "1 appointment is required to be booked now".

Packages feature is currently available in Pro and Developer licences; it's not a separate plugin, but it depends which licence was purchased.
