    Hi,

I was asked to quote a website with booking capability. It's for a cleaning and sanitization company.

So, the website has to provide a booking form where the user will book date and time and the cleaning crew will visit their house / office. Upon booking, the user will also need to provide e-mail and password so they can login.

Once everything is ok with the booking, the cleaning crew will then do their job and the user will pay cash.

However, my client needs their users to have a dashboard of sorts, where they can check their booking requests and make any changes they need by themselves (as in, cancel booking or change date/time), without any need for the site admin to do that manually.

Is it possible to achieve this with this plugin? Will I need to buy an addon or something like that?

    Hi, Adriana,

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

And thank you for your inquiry.

Yes, in Amelia Customers can book appointments on the front-end, and then see their bookings and manage them (cancel/reschedule) through the front-end Customer panel.

Also, your Employees can make changes to the appointments on the front-end Employee panel (if required).

Amelia has both online and "in cash" (so-called on site) payment options.

The only thing I have to mention: in Amelia, it's not possible to select multiple Employees for one Appointment at the moment, so in order to achieve that you will have to form Employee teams that work together and assign Appointments to them instead of separate Employees.

However, we have 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.

    Best Regards.
