Hello!
I'm interested in purchasing Amelia, as it looks like the whole package. I just have 3 questions before I do however.
1. Can a user book "courses" rather than, for instance, one class? For example, my client is running Yoga sessions that run for up to 6 weeks. So can a user block-book those six weeks, rather than booking every week?
2. Can the user sign up and make an account? The reason I ask is that my client has a lot of returning customers, and it would be a shame if they had to enter in certain details.
3. Finally, and this is based on question 2, but if a user can create an account can they have a profile page that allows them to enter, for example, medical conditions etc?
Thanks!
Hi Chris
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. Unfortunately it is not possible to book multiple sessions at once. You can create Packages that would allow your customers to purchase a bundle of sessions but they will have to individually book each appointment.
2.3. The “Amelia Customer” role enables your customers to see their appointments in the backend calendar, and on the appointments list, and also enables them to cancel their appointments on the appointments list. They can also reschedule their appointments by drag and drop or the “Edit” option on their Calendar. Please be aware that this is possible only for single appointments. To give them this permission you need to enable the option “Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments” in the “Roles Settings”.
There is also a Front-end Panel for Customers, and by using it your customers can manage their appointments and events from the front-end page of your website.
Once you create a new Amelia Customer an automatic email will be sent to your customer with a username and a URL link where they can set their password.
If you want to add this role to one or more customers you can do it in the same way you would for the employees:
