We have several locations and I want to attach several employees to a specific location or several location but I do not see a possibilty for this. Could you please inform me about this? Thanks in advance.
Employee can only work on one location at the time. You can assign the employee to multiple locations only per time period. For example:
Employee 1 works on Location 1 from 09:00 - 10:00
Employee 1 works on Location 2 from 10:00 - 11:00
Employee 1 works on Location 3 from 11:00 - 12:00
And so on. Assigning one employee to multiple locations is not possible. Depending on what you actually need, you may need to create as many employees as you have locations.
Also, if you need your employees to not be available when one location is booked, you'll need to Configure Google Calendar, and then to connect all your employees to the same Google Calendar, and enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Integrations/Google Calendar settings, so when one employee is reserved, that time slot is blocked for all other employees as well.
May I ask why there is no possibility to have several locations at the same time? In our situation we use for (https://www.foursent.com) "locations" for each postal code within a city so we can attach one employee to several postal codes (locations).
Since it's physically impossible for one employee to be on two locations at the same time, it's not possible to assign an employee to Location 1 and Location 2 from 09 - 12 (for example).
However, there are a few customers that requested this, so we'll include this modification at some point in the future. I don't have an ETA on this, though.
Good day,

Hello Bote
Sorry for the late response.
