We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have a question to configurate an event without an appointment. Is it possible about amelia to generate or sell voucher for such an appointmentfree event? For example to book a ballonflight over the alps but it isn´t clear, when exactly the appointment is. My customer can individual ask for free appointments / free days and arrange it via telephone when it is possible to redeem the voucher. If yes, how can I adjust it?
Another question is... How can I integrate amilia on my divi-theme-website? There is no option to connect to amelia. How to put it on my site?
Best regards, Sonya from Tyrol

Hi Sonya
Thank you for reaching out to us, and Maniquant thank you for helping out
Unfortunately it is not possible to create such an event. All events and services need to have a specific time, but as a workaround you can add aCustom Filed telling your clients that they can call and check if the service will be available on that day so you can/or them can reschedule if needed.
But I do like the idea so I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
You can add Amelia to your website by simply adding a shortcode on the page where you want it to appear. Please have a look at our documentation for all available shortcodes.
