Hi, the picture attached was taken at 13:50 and Amelia shows available slots at 12:45h-14:45. when the starting time of the lesson has already pass. It’s like the plugin is taking into account the finishing time instead of the starting time. Do you know if I have something configured incorrectly?
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
Available slots adjust to the Employees working fours and also to the Buffer time before/after the Service.
Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the Employee's working hours and the Sevice settings as well?
Also, please make sure that your WP Time Zone is set to the City, and not to the UTC format. And if you have the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option enabled, then please make sure that the Time Zone on your computer matches the one that is set on your site.
You were right with the second guess. It has to do with WP time zone configuration, but the time slots are not working correctly if I choose “city” time zone: “Madrid” in my case. However they work well if I choose UTC+2.
So in my case, I will use UTC+2 and change it to UTC+1 in winter.
If you fix this issue in the future let me know.
Kindest regards and thank you for your quick reply.
However, that's unique: usually, there are no problems when the Time Zone is set to the City format, and it occurs only when it's changed to the UTC format.
We can investigate the issue from the inside. I have no particular idea what could go wrong, maybe it's related to caching, so we can check other settings and plugins. For that, we will need a temporary WP Admin login (you can send it in a private reply).
Amelia is set to look only for the cart that's been added to the WordPress site. When you edit the Spanish cart, you can see that there's a warning, saying the page is managed by WPML, not WordPress, so Amelia can't see it.
Our developers are looking into possible solutions for this, and I'll get back to you as soon as I hear from them.
Hello Alexander. I’m really worried now. This is the only thing I need to figure out before publishing the site.
If Amelia is advertised to be compatible with WPML (used to have sites in different languages) this issue should had been noticed and solved (imaging a Thai shop redirecting all the international clients to the Thai site, cart and checkout...) I’m not mad but really worried. Do you have any idea of how long this could take? If it’s going to take more than 10 days or has no solutionI need to know to install a different appointment plugin.

You can relax now, Sandra, as our developers were able to resolve the issue on your website.
Just clear the cache from your website, and test again, and it should work fine for the Spanish cart.
This will be included in the next update that we'll release today (or at most, tomorrow), so there's no reason to be worried about it anymore.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
