Hi team, may I know if I can add on few extra automated reminders email apart from the default notification?

Thank you for your inquiry.
I'm afraid, at the moment it's possible to use only these notifications that are available in Amelia by default. However, we will implement a new Custom notification feature in the next update or the one after. With this feature, it will be possible to set notifications to any time you prefer.
I can't tell you precisely when this feature will be released but most probably within 4-5 weeks.
