Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Is there anywhere where the admin can check customer past appointments? Not only the number, but dates and services booked.
We use that feature a lot to track progress, talk with the client about past appointments...
Thank you in advance.
Hi, Sandra,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm afraid, the only way to do it at the moment is to select a particular Customer on the Appointments page and see all the bookings this Customer made within the set time range.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
Hi Liza, thank you so much for your quick reply.
Ok I see. I’ll do it so though it takes a little bit more time.
I would appreciate if you could kindly pass my concern to the developers so maybe in the future they can add that feature to the program. When you attend many of the bookings by phone is easier just click on the customer and have all the information.
Have a good weekend.
Kindest regards.
Sandra,
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
Sure. We try to collect as many requests as possible. However, there are plenty of features that have been pending for a long due to the whole pandemic situation (we also fall behind our schedule last year). That's why I can't promise it will be implemented soon. But we will keep it in mind.
Please feel free to ask any other questions you might have.
Best Regards.
I totally understand Liza. Thank you so much for your reply.
Have a good day!
