We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Staging Site not showing Employee panel

    Hi,

I have created a staging site to test out the Amelia Booking plugin before pushing live.

The issue I am currently facing, my staging site is password protected. To access I need to enter my credentials.

The plugin is working completely fine except when I want to test out the employee panel and or customer panel.

It keeps on asking me the credentials to the staging site. (p.s. I know my login  credentials)

    See attached the photos:

    Ameila- Shows back-end.

Amelia 01 - Shows asking for website credential.

Amelia 02- Shows the staging site working.

    Hi again, Ali,

So, as far as I understand, your staging site keeps on asking you for the access credentials on the Employee panel page, is that correct?

The first thing that comes to my mind - please open the Customize page and disable the "Use already loaded Vue" option.

If that doesn't help, then please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside. You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

    Best Regards.
