We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Calendar - View to see one week within a PC screen without scrolling

    Hi, 

    The calendar view is important because we still have a lot appoitments taken by phone. And we have many employees.

    I would love to see my CALENDAR and the team's calendar as the google calendar, ie all the week within one PC screen. It is a pain to scroll in order to view all the week reservations.

    In addition, your AMELIA setting contains "time slot step" options ranging from 1 minute to 8 hours, and it is applied to all time settings such are “Duration”, in the Service settings; but also applied to the calendar presentation.

    I need to set 5 minutes in the settings because I have services with a duration  of 20 minutes or 15 minutes or 75 minutes... But I would like to see the calendar with a 30 minutes or 60 minutes view in order to scroll less.


    Is it planned to improve this Calendar view ?

    Hi, Frédéric,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    To be honest, we didn't receive that many complaints about the back-end Calendar view. I would even say it's the first time I hear that (I can't tell about other members of our team). So, we never knew there was a demand for that, that's why we didn't plan to add different logic to the way the Calendar is being displayed.

    You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it. 

    I will also forward this information to our development team. It's the only thing I can do now, I'm afraid.
