I own a small but busy Computer Service Center. I am the sole proprietor and only employee. I was wondering if there was a way to simplify the procedure for a client to schedule an appointment. I basically have 2 services, in-office services and remote services. I was wondering also if it was possible for a client to schedule an appointment without creating an account. Some people don't like having to schedule for an appointment never less register an account just to bring their computer in for service. I like to make it simple for my clients yet functional for me.

Thank you for your time and your reply.

    Hi, Robert,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Yes, it's possible to book appointments in Amelia without creating an account. Also, it's possible to cancel appointments (if you allow your customers to do it) with a link that is being sent in email notifications. Only re-scheduling requires creating an account, so if you don't plan to enable this option, then your customers can easily book appointments with a couple of clicks and minimum personal data required.

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we'll gladly respond to them.

    Best Regards.
