We offer Seaweed Baths at our Spa however we have only two baths available. We have 4 employees who offer this service. Is there functionality to restrict 4 clients from booking a seaweed bath for the same time? We can only offer 2 seaweed bath services at any one time.
Please tell me, are all 4 employees working same shifts? If not, you can split them by work hours, 2 employees for morning, 2 for afternoon, by creating their work hours for morning and for afternoon only.
thank you for letting me know I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
In that case, you could split their individual shifts into morning and afternoon, by going to each employee's profile and creating one set of work hours for morning and one set for afternoon.
Then, by using Outlook or Google Calendar, you can connect 2 employees to one calendar.
In this way you will have employee 1 and 2 on the same Calendar, and employee 3 and 4 on another Calendar.
So, when someone books employee 1 for the seaweed bath in the morning employee 2 will become unavailable for that time because Calendar will show this slot as busy for them. Same goes for the other two employees. In this way only 2 baths can be booked at the same time.
