    Hi,

    When I send the confirmation of the appointment, I would like to add the link to the customer panel (including the customer's token).

    Because today I redirect to the customer panel and then the customer must enter his email to receive a second email including the customer-panel url with token. There is a two step with two emails whereas as a customer I want a direct access to my appointment in order to reschedule or cancel my appointment. You see.

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    At the moment, Amelia has only one option for Customer panel access: after a first booking, a Customer receives a link to the page where he/she should set a password first, and only then they can log in to the Customer panel. Later, this Customer can use the same password for accessing the Panel. 

    Amelia has no one-time tokens for the Customer panel access, unfortunately.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
