I don't really understand how the recurring events / services work. I would like to plan recurring activities like walking for example. The activity is only available on the 1st Saturday of each month and I don't know how to configure Amelia.
Example: Walking (initiation), on Saturday July 3, 2021 from 9am to 11am, for a fee of 24 € per session Walking (initiation), on Saturday August 7, 2021 from 9am to 11am, for an amount of 24 € per session Walking (initiation), on Saturday September 4, 2021 from 9am to 11am, for an amount of 24 € per session Walking (advanced), Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, for a fee of 24 € per session
Same for an activity "beauty care": Wednesday, July 7, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for 20 € per session Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for an amount of 20 € per session Wednesday, August 5, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm for a fee of 20 € per session
Thank you for your feedback but this does not answer my problem. Indeed, I would like the event to be like in the example, every first Saturday of the month and not every 3rd of the month. And in the 2nd example, the event is on Wednesday every 15 days
If you would like to set an event that occurs on a specific day each month you will need to create separate events, as the only recurring options are daily, weekly, monthly and yearly you cannot choose "each x day of the month".
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
If I understand correctly you can achieve this by setting up different events for each of those activities.
You would set it up like this
and chose until when you want it to repeat, so the system will create events for August 3rd, September 3rd...and so until you tell it to stop.
So you would repeat the same process for each of those activities.
