I have the pro version of Amelia and I've learned on this website that it's not easy to refund a whole package, but that it should be possible soon enough:
- "Cancel and refund customer purchase" (#2784869) / TMS-Plugins (ticksy.com)
- "No possibility to cancel packages" (#2667956) / TMS-Plugins (ticksy.com)
Do you have any ETA on when this will be rolled out?
My situation differ a bit. A customer canceled one lesson, but the lesson doesn't "return" to the package afterwards. I had to make a partial refund, which is far from being optimal for several reasons.
Is it also part of your roadmap to deal with this? Or is there something I missed?

Our developers have made a fix that will enable deletion of Packages and Package appointments; however, for the partial appointment cancellation that would be returned to the Package, that is not yet in plan, I'm afraid.
You can wait for the update or you can use the file that I am sending in the attachment here.
You need to upload the file to the corresponding folder; it will ask you if you want to replace it with the existing one, you would choose Yes.

That's a shame for the partial appointment cancellation. This is a very niche feature, but I think it could be useful in a lot of situations.
I'll wait for the official update, as it was not my main concern.

For the partial, you can always add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
