Could you please clarify if you selected more than one Appointment while booking (since if the Appointment is recurring, it doesn't mean the following appointments will be booked automatically, you have to add them manually)?
I manually selected the recurring appointments as you said but the problem is when the selection process is over, the booked appointments in the cart be like all three appointments are combined into one showing like the screenshot I mentioned earlier.
For example, my single appointment fee is 1000 rupees
when I selected 3 recurring appointments the total would be like 3000
but in the cart, there is no info about the other 2 appointments in the Appointment info.
what i want is info about three recurring appointments info in the cart
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside? You can post credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
First, please make sure that the "Customers will have to pay for all appointments at once" option is selected for the Service in the Service modal.
After that, please check that you select multiple appointments while test booking. So, if the total price matches the Service price x number of Appointments, then the only missing thing is the WooCommerce description which doesn't specify how many bookings are included to the purchase.
In order to show the included bookings, you can add the %recurring_appointments_details% placeholder to the MetaData and Description on the Amelia -> Settings -> Payments page:
After that, the details of all the bookings should be displayed in the Woo cart.
Also, you can add any placeholders for other information you want to show to your Customers (for example, %employee_full_name% or %coupon_used%).
when I booked recurring appointments the items in the cart is seen as the picture below
it's not showing recurring appointments as scheduled
Its only showing the first appointment date
could you please help me
Good day!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Hello madam,
Thanks for the reply
no, I put that only from the beginning but it's not showing selected recurring appointments in the cart.
It's only showing the first appointment and its time, not the other ones.
if it doesn't work, my customers won't pay for the services.
Please help me with this.
If it won't have any solution I would go for refund.
from the above cart, you can observe in the appointment info there is no info about other 2 appointments.
but the total is correct 1000*3=3000
Good day,
I see, thank you for the screenshots.

Thanks a lot Liza
I have one more query
can we add a date only for booking instead of time slot without affecting the other timeslots?
For example
One of my services has 24 hours time
if I put 23 hrs in the timeslot it is affecting the other 45 mins booking timeslot.
I have the same issue with recurrent appointments and Woocommerce cart (it only shows the first appointment).
Could you please shared the solution?
Thanks a lot.
Hi again, Sandra,
Yes, sure.

After that, the details of all the bookings should be displayed in the Woo cart.
Also, you can add any placeholders for other information you want to show to your Customers (for example, %employee_full_name% or %coupon_used%).
Hope that will help.
Best Regards.
