Hello,
a customer of mine just reported a bug he cannot solve.
Please see the attached photo. He claims that on his laptop, using Mozilla Firefox (version I dont know), there is no possibility anymore to fill in the CC/debit card information. The field for it just doesn't exist anymore. It's the first time a customer has this problem, and I cannot replicate this issue on my devices. He told me the only device which works for him is his mobile phone at the moment.
Did this happen before? Is this some issue on my side/ your plugin?

If you are able to see this, then suggesting your client to fully purge the cache may resolve the issue, or try using a different browsers. It's also great if he can check his firewall / security settings, that may block this type of information request.
