Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
I am looking to have two separate time slots Morning and Afternoon. Morning slots might have 10 appointments available and afternoon might only have 3 appointments. If a user books a morning slot but wants to reschedule I want them to be able to choose between a morning and/or afternoon appointment second time round. Initially I was limiting the time/no. of appointments using the instructors and therefore ask if there is any way to change instructor if the user prefers a different time during rescheduling.
Hi, Shannon,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
At the moment, it's not possible to select another instructor manually, but if a Customer reschedules for the time that is not available with the previously assigned Employee, then another Employee will be assigned to the rescheduled appointment automatically.
I'm still not sure how you set your Services the way there are 10 available spots in the morning and 3 spots in the evening. Is it the same Service? If so, then yes, rescheduling should work this way. But if you have multiple Services (for the morning and for the evening), then I'm afraid it cannot work. Rescheduling can be applied only within one Service.
Best Regards.
