Going off the gym/yoga based demo on the site: if someone purchases 8 total of a few different classes/products, but only RSVP's for 1, how would a customer then go back and register for the remaining amount of classes they've purchased on a later date?

You can set up a Customer Panel; this is where users would be able to continue booking the remaining appointments from their Package.
