On Thursday X is available for session of 4 hours OR.....for session for 2 hours. These are different services.
Now we have specified it like this that Thursdays clients should be able to book EITHER one 4-hours session (and that's all the time there is) OR....a 2 hour session, so there is another 2 hour session left.
What we did was ... we made another employee (that doesn't exist). But of course that doesn't do the job.
If you want only one of these Services to be booked on Thursday, then you should assign them both to the same Employee. Also, please note that if you want to make only one appointment of Service with the duration of 2h available on Thursday, you should set the Buffer time after the Service (to 10mins, for example), and then only one appointment will fit in.
Hope I understood your question correctly. If not, then please provide me with more details.
I think I did not make myself clear, it's hard to explain. X is the massagetherapist for whom I am building her website with Amelia. She offers EITHER a 4-hour session of Tantric Work on Thursday only OR a 2 x 2 hour Tantric Work session on Thursdays.
Clients should be able to book either...But since I have specifiek her working schedule it seems that if someone wants to book a 2hour session on Thursday, it just leaves the place blank. There is no option now to book a 2 hour session.
How do I solve this? I hope you understand what I am trying to create.
No, all days are unavailable. And I have a guess why.
I just realized that you set Working hours through Amelia -> Settings -> Working hours and days off. This setting determines the general opening hours of the company rather than the Employee's schedule.
Please set them in the Employee's profile, and add Services to the Working days respectively, as shown on the screenshot I attached before.

Tom,
Thank you for the clarification.
It should work the way you described with only one Employee assigned to both Services.
Can you please send me screenshots of the Service's settings for both Services? You can add them as a private reply to this ticket.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
That will probably make the difference. I will give you a discount code, so you can try. The code = tryout
Can you choose for Ervaringsleergang sessies as a service on a Thursday?

FIXED!!! You made my day. Gosh, this took us hours and hours of finding the fault.
Tom,
Woohoo! I'm glad I could help
I will tell my team to emphasize somewhere in our documentation that Working hours should be set in the Employee's profile.
Please feel free to ask us any other questions you might have.
Best Regards.
