Is it possible to create vertically stacked columns using the Google charts? I just see the horizontally stacked bar option.. Thanks!

All available chart types are displayed in the chart creator wizard, if it is not displayed there that means we don't have it available. You can try using HighCharts as we do have this chart type in this library.
