    Hi Support,

    I have two issues : 

    Question1. 

    When customer who is logged in and wants to add a new booking, they have to re-enter all of their information in every time. This is very frustrating for the user. When the system goes to the customer's Woocommerce payment system, all information is already there and can be change if needed. (Your system needs to work the same way). Please see the two images attached for example. I would also need the customers details to stay for Backend Admin adding the appointment for existing clients.

    Question2. 

    When the customer pays for a package, let's say 10 hours, but only books for 2 appointments, they will normally login to the customer portal and add the other 8 appointments themselves. I need The Admin to be able to book these extra appointments too, how is this done ? I can only see ADD "NEW APPOINTMENT" not add existing appointments for existing customer ?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. I'm afraid, only the fields that are related to a Customer's profile can be pre-populated. In your screens, the Customer's name and email address are filled in automatically due to Amelia's logic, and the Custom fields (Zip, Address, etc.) remain empty because they are not being attached to a Customer but instead playing the role of a note to an Appointment. 

    2. At the moment, appointments from Packages can be booked only by Customers. You can suggest booking appointments from packages on the back-end as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    Thanks for your reply,

    The Client has decided to stay with their old booking system and wait for all of these missing features to be developed. I will make a list of all the feature that I need and will add to the Feature Requests. Hopefully this process doesn't take too long to develop and will be able to use Amelia Booking System in the near future.

    Sure, it's better if your client stays with the old booking plugin than switches to Amelia and gets disappointed by missing features.
