None of our clients are able to reserve on our website with Amelia. They are always stuck at the confirmation page with a loading sign for more than 15-60min and still not confirmed. Can you please take a look to see what's the problem?
What is the payment method that you sent in Amelia?
Also, please make sure that you added the Redirect URL After Booking in Amelia -> General Settings for all Services or to each Service separately in Edit Service -> General Settings.
We did everything you mentioned and it’s still stuck on the loading page every time our clients tries to book a studio. This is extremely frustrating since we are trying to fix the issue and it’s still not working.

Could you please clarify if this issue occurs with all the Services or only with specific ones?
Also, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.
