I would like to have different confirmation emails depending on the service that the customer chose. For example I have two service, one is to book a phone call and the other is to make a visit. Depending on which the customer choose I want them to get different information.
How do I do that?

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers will be working on a new, custom notification in the future, but unfortunately for now it is not possible.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
