mesmo que eu estivesse desabilitando o pagamento, o campo de pagamento aparece no relatório ou no calendário?

da parte dos usuários
anexar um documento para acompanhamento do usuário agendado?

Percebi que tem parte de anotações, mas estou falando de acompanhamento, exemplo de prescrição de medicamento, encaminhamento para outro especialista.

onde todo esse monitoramento é salvo no perfil do usuário
