Dear all,
I need help. I have one employee who is working on alternate, ie one week when she works on Monday, she does not work on Tuesday. Then the following week she works on Tuesday and she does not work on Monday. And it continues with the same logic the following weeks.
Do you have a solution or could you propose a workaround please?
Thank you in advance for your help and your responsiveness on this blocking issue.
Regards,
Fred
Hi Frédéric
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately this can only be done by configuring special days - this option allows employees to create days when they will have some other specific working schedule than it is set in working hours for each week.
Each day will have to be entered individually we don't have the option to repeat this schedule.
Do let us know if you need any further assistance.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. This one is a very big PAIN. Actually I will specify the working hours for all the Monday and all the Tuesdayper default. And manually I will add for each week the monday or the tuesday which is OFF.
AMELIA should allow to manage the recurrence of days worked or OFF (once per week, every monday, every two weeks... as Outlook calendar can do).
A day OFF is not always with an annual recurrence. In our case here, the days off are every second Monday and every second Tuesday (i.e. one Monday and one Tuesday every 2 weeks). You see.
Could you raise this issue to your development team please ? In the meantime I will configure manually 50 days off per year (with a name and a date for each one).
Thank you in advance for any suggestion or recommendation. Best regards,
Fred
