Not sure if that can help but since Japanese characters are quite big, making them smaller might work.

It didn't change the font size or didn't receive the issue?

If it didn't change the font size, then please provide me with the URL to the booking page. Maybe it can be fixed with some modification since you have Japanese symbols and not the Latin alphabet on your site.
