We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Creating Appointment Types. After updating some text or similar and clicking on save, nothing is saving. It Is uncool because it takes to much time. And I Think this bug is really basic and have not to be ever.

     After updating some text or similar and clicking on save, nothing is saving. It Is uncool because it takes to much time. Normally it is a no-brainer. And I Think this bug is really basic and have not to be ever. Sometimes it loads limitless after clicking on save. Its like roulette.

    Please let me know; do you have a lot of appointments created during one single day? Do you have a high number of services and employees (data in general)?

    Also, is your Amelia on version 3.3, and when has this started happening?

    thank you for answering. 

    I found the problem. It was by using smileys in the text. It would be a good fit if it would be possible to use them. The text can get more attention.

    I'm assuming they are premade emojis (not standard ones used with punctuation like : ) kind ); I will make sure to advise the developers on this (and see if we can add them as a feature in the future).
