This is happening only on smaller screens, that's why I couldn't replicate it on a desktop.

It is happening because of this:

When this height: 100vh; is enabled, the page is fixed to this 100 height, and elements go over each other.

Try removing this through Elementor (it's coming from Elementor's CSS), and if you're unable to, try adding this CSS to the page:

@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {
.elementor-section.elementor-section-height-full {
height: auto !important;
}
}
