Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I checked the site, but I couldn't figure out why regular view doesn't show up. There are some errors in the console, so I will forward the ticket to one of our developers. As soon as I hear from him, I will let you know.
There seems to be a conflict with another plugin. We're not 100% sure, but it's most likely "Tooltips". The JSON breaks because the path of the spinner is changed. It's:
Can you please deactivate this plugin, clear cache and try again? It could be some other plugin causing it, but based on the CSS classes, it should be "Tooltips".
The regular view of the plugin is not working.
If i select the Excel like rendering (eg [wpdatatable id=10 table_view=excel]) it works
but not without a selection (eg [wpdatatable id=10] ) and with the regular tag (eg [wpdatatable id=10 table_view=regular]) it doesn't show anything.
WP Version: 5.7.2 , wpDataTables 3.4.4, Elementor Pro 3.3.0What may be the problem ?
This error comes up when the page is loading:

The tooltips was the problem, after disabling it the wpdatatable worked as before. Thanks for the help.
