Hello,
--- We sell a package of 10 appointments. If the customer buys the package, how can we schedule for them on the back-end? It seems that if I schedule a session for them, it is not used from their package, it is treated as a new session.
--- Can we log in to the customer's panel to make changes? Can we reset their password to make changes and then ask them to re-choose a password?
--- If a customer purchases a package of 10 appointments with one employee and then a package of 10 appointments with another, when they want to book appointments using these packages, can they easily select the employee they want to take that specific appointment with? I do not know how this would be handled in the customer panel.
Thanks,
Elias
Hi Elias
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Only Customers can book appointments from the Package through their Customer Panel. Admin won't be able to do it from the back-end or keep track of customer's bookings (how many of them are booked/left).
If you want to log in as them and make bookings through their Customer Panel that is completely up to you.
When the customer goes through the booking process they will be asked to chose an employee, that employee will be reserved for that booking and the customer cannot change the employee they want to have the booking with afterwards. They can only reschedule or cancel their booking from the Customer Panel.
Hi Blazenka,
--- Can we override the customer's password in some way? Can we force a reset to the customer's password?
--- To make sure I understand your last comment: If a customer has two packages with two different employees, when they use the customer panel to book a new appointment, can they select which of the two employees to book with? (They have already pre-purchased packages with both)
Hi Elias
You can change the customer's password from your wp dashboard - Users, then click on the desired customer and scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you will see the options for changing the password.
When you purchase a package only the first appointment is booked, so for other appointments they will have to choose their desired employee again when they are making the rest of the bookings.
