I'm very sorry to hear this; it's a very peculiar situation as these two (event booking and WP account) should not be connected.
Can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I dropped to use the calendar view. I try to use the catalog for services. I have added [ameliacatalog category=1] to the page, but the same issue happened. If the user not logged in it is not swhon.
Please replay as fast you can, it is very surgent.
thank you for contacting back, and for the credentials. I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.
I had gone into the Admin account you made for me and I was able to access this page normally, and see the booking 1; however, like you said, bottom catalog is not visible.
Site is live because I tested it as well in Incognito, logged out of Admin, and my own WordPress account.
I had to forward the credentials to a senior colleague as there wasn't any cause that I could find trough the standard troubleshooting (especially since the same thing happened with events so it's not connected to event shortcode only).
Thanks for letting us know the issue has been resolved! We do have some issues with caching plugins, like WP Rocket, and our developers are working on that.
Until it is resolved, you can simply disable caching of pages where Amelia is loaded.
I found an issue that is very interesting and also very annoying:
The event calendar constantly indicates an hourglass and does not load if the visitor is not logged in to the wp-admin interface
Thank you for your response!
Hi Tóth,

how long does it take to detect the error? I took down the calendar of the event, I just left the catalog view there, which also shows the error.Hi Tóth,
My colleague advised that it's most likely a security measure related to your site / hosting.
Do you have any security plugin? If not, please check with your hosting if they have any kind of security gateway on the server itself.
They just need to add all Amelia content as an exception.
When i am not logged in and the catalog is not shown, I haven an error on the chrome console:
When I log in, this error is not there.
I gonna contact my hosting, but this error is interesting enough to be worth an investigation. Do you have any ideas?
I ve just turned of the wp rocket and now it works....
i have never had problem like that with it....
btw, thank you for your help, it is solved!
