You probably tested bookings or accessed the Customer/Employee panel being logged in as Admin, so your Amelia Roles got mixed, which resulted in mixed permissions, and that's why you can't see the back-end pages.
So, what you can do to fix that:
Please re-create your WP Admin user with another email address that was never used for Amelia or access your database, the wp_amelia_users table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database) and edit your Admin user - delete any additional roles, leaving only the Admin one.

Booking dates are not displayed.
Events, dashboard and calendars do not show any data or entries.
I deleted all plugins but it doesn't help.
