thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us
Yes, sure:
Since you don't have any services provided by employees, you can set up choppers as employees, and the service would be renting.
In this way you can set up either 8 employees for MR Motus from type 1 and 6 employees for MR Motus type 2, so that each bike is rented separately, and has their own "work hours" (rent time) from 10.00 – 13.00h and from 14.00 – 17.00h.
In this case you would need to set rent (service duration) time to 3 hours.
Or, if it's easier, you can set up 1 employee for type 1, and another employee for type 2, and for each of them set the capacity of people to 8 and 6 respectively (so that you don't need to have 14 employees on the list, might be a bit too much to keep track of, but, on the other hand maybe you would like to have an insight in each one).
Service (rent) duration and shifts would be the same as above.
I have purchased an amelia subscription and so far it works fine.
Category I called "Type e-chopper" and I added 2 services (MR Motus M8 and MR Motus HL6.0). In time duration I entered 3 hours. I have added 14 employees that I have linked to the services.
The intention is to pay immediately. I just don't know how to add a rate/amoint per employee (e-chopper). Can you explain this to me?
I also have a problem with the time slot... I can't choose my desired times (at employee working hours). I can only choose these working hours (see printscreen). Can you help me with this too? I would like to choose for 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm.
Never mind my last reply. I fixed the timetable/time slot. And i did find a way to rate the e-chopper.
I now come to the following problem. If I have entered my wishes and date in the form (front-end), I will enter the window to leave my details. The button at the bottom of the window says cancel. I can't choose any further here. So I can't go any further with my order. https://mrmotus.nl/boek-nu/
I apologize for the later reply as we don't work on weekends.
I'm glad to hear the scheduling issue got resolved
I found that the button was hidden with CSS change; have you made any style changes on this page recently?
Here is where it is located:
As you can see both payment button and continue button are hidden (where it says display:none). You would need to go into CSS and delete display: none for both to have the button show.
No need to apologize... you're doing a great job. You need weekends to ;)
I did made style changes. I did not know that could do damage to the site :( So i'm gonna find out where i can adjust this CSS change... But that's for later.
I found out that the booking form does not load on mobiles... maybe you can tell me what i'm doing wrong?
CSS can be very simple but very troublesome sometimes
For the movile view, I opened your site over Android OS and I can manage the booking window. Which OS are you opening it with? Any chance you can purge cache on your mobile and try again?
From what I understood you added choppers as Employees (14 of them).
The 6 of them were from the MR Motus type 2; does each of these bike employees have correct working hours and are all connected to this service for MR Motus type 2?
I did it a little differently... I only created one employee (MR Motus). I have created e-choppers as a category. For services: 1) MR Motus HL6.0 with maximum number of participants 6 and 2) MR Motus M8 with maximum number of participants 8
In that case, check the employee - in Amelia > Employee > Assigned Services, is employee's maximum 6 people there as well? Yes. The max people are set as well (printscrn 1).
Also please make sure that options Allow Booking Below and Above minimum capacity are off in Amelia > Settings > Appointments. It is turned off (printscrn 2).
Unfortunately these settings did not help in solving the problem
I tried recreating this same issue on my test site; but I was still able to book all 6 people for one slot.
Are you testing this on your site yourself or people are actually making a booking? Because if you test it yourself, sometimes conflicts can occur.
I'd ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am very sorry to inform you that I have been forced to stop with Amelia.
We have come to the conclusion that it is not the booking system that suits us best.
You have been a great help to us and we really appreciate the energy you put into us to help us.
I would like to offer you my sincere apologies.
We will continue with a different booking system. The main reason is that we will soon reach our deadline and the website must be live very soon.
thank you for letting me know; I understandI apologize that we couldn't provide assistance with the setup in a more timely manner.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Hi,
I'm building an e-chopper renting website.
There are two types of e-choppers that i wish to rent out.
Type 1 = MR Motus M8 (8 e-choppers available)
and
type 2 MR Motus HL6.0 (6 e-choppers available)
The e-choppers are for rent each day from 10.00 – 13.00h and from 14.00 – 17.00h.
I'm looking voor a booking system for my website.
Are my wishes possible with the Amelia booking system?
Greetings,
Linda van Os

Hi Ivana,
So i finaly found the problem... The buttons were not showing because this was switch off:
The mobile view is fixed to...
The site is almost finished. Thanks for the support!
Hi Ivana,
I still have a question... If I have rented 3 of the 6 e-choppers, I cannot rent the other 3 available. Is there a simple solution for that?
Linda
