is it possible to have this plugin working to that the appointment is only accepted when the consumer clicks on a link in a email?
We have the problem that people sometimes enter a wrong emailadress and then just book a new appointemnet because the "sucess-email" did not reach them.

At the moment, this isn't possible, I'm afraid.
Appointments are approved only automatically, or, if you have set them by default to Pending, they can only be approved by staff, not by a customer.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
