Unfortunately we do not have a placeholder for payment method specifically, but as a workaround you could add a custom field to your booking with the possibility to check the desired payment option, then in the notifications you can include the placeholder for that custom field that will pull that information

Is it possible to indicate the "payment method" in the notification email when the reservation is completed?
I would like to be able to determine from the notification email whether I am paying by credit card or onsite.
