Our client is also curious about Facebook integration. Is there any plan to integrate Amelia with Facebook, similar to Timely, Booksy etc. so that clients can book directly through Facebook, FB Messenger or Instagram?
We do have Facebook integration planned for the future, but I cannot say when it will be included.
Most likely this won't be developed before Q4, 2021. We don't have many requests for this, so I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
