Hey guys, my business is a repair shop for vehicles.

    1. Can I configure a sign up page which would give me the customer's vehicle information for eg. Model, year etc, also a comment box so they can be detailed on the work they need done or the type of oil brand they prefer etc?

    2. With my type of business it isn't possible to have fixed prices for services because different vehicles would have different cost to do the same services, is there a way that I can send individual quotations for my clients to pay?

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hi Tyrone

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. You can have custom fields in Amelia that you can add to the booking form so you can ask what is relevant for your use-case. Detailed explanation on the custom-fields can be seen here: https://wpamelia.com/custom-fields/

Info provided by the customer in the custom fields, will be stored only in Amelia - in Appointment details.

You could only, unfortunately keep certain data if you paste it in Customer Notes in Amelia > Customers > Edit > Details, or optionally you can search trough Appointments by a customer name or email, and you will be able to see this info in their past appointments.

    2. Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible to add dynamic prices with the built-in features in Amelia. Maybe you can use a workaround: to create different Services and set different prices for them. Otherwise, each Service can have only one fixed price in Amelia.
