I hope that I can describe the situation clearly.

When a client makes an appointment everything goes well. But the strange thing is that if a client also uses Outlook they receive an invitation in Outlook itself. They already received an ics-file in mail.
The invitation is not the client appointment but is de appointment from the Amelia employee (different subscription).

What is going wrong?

Thanks! That was the trick. In Dutch the explanation was not clear about that.
