    Is it possible to book appointments for different family members using the same email, the problem is i want to book in children who dont have an email address so want to use parents email who also have appointments so we get reminder emails for childrens appointments also

    Hi, Mike,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    Your Customers can book appointments on the front-end by using the same email address and different names, so in the end, there will be multiple Customers with the same email address created in Amelia.

    However, it's not possible on the back-end. If you want to add multiple Customers with the same email address from the back-end, it can be achieved only with Gmail accounts: there's a trick that if you add +number to an email address, it's being counted as a new one, for example, [email protected] and [email protected].
