I am using WooCommerce services to handle payments for bookings in Amelia. Where do I set the redirect from the woocommerce checkout. Once the payment goes through the client is sitting on the payment confirmation page. With no buttons.

The "Redirect URL after booking" is working only when your customers click on the "Finish" button, on the Congratulations step in the form. That step, however, doesn't exist when WooCommerce is enabled, because the customer is redirected to the Cart, and then to the Checkout.
Since Amelia leaves its form to switch to WooCommerce's Cart and Checkout, you would need to set up the redirection in WooCommerce's settings.
