Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help right away. I purchased this plugin in 2019 for one website, and due to changes in the business, we used a different plugin. I have a client who I can use this plugin for, but I cannot activate it or send in a ticket.
1. If I use the Envato activation is shows an error that I reached the maximum domain usage.
2. I don't have access to the store in order to change the domain name.
3. If I try to submit a ticket it shows an error that the license is expired or invalid, which its not.
I need help so I can use this plugin again.
