We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

This plugin provides no indication that a deposit has been paid and offers no ability to request the remaining balance. How can a busy clinic keep track of payments and amounts due if your plugin says everyone has paid the full amount even if they haven't?

    Hi, Mustapha,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

You can see the status of the payment in the payment details if you open the Appointments page and click on Edit Appointment -> Payment -> View Payment details:

So, it will look like that:

Also, we will add the new %deposit% placeholder to the next update, so you will be able to indicate the size of the deposit paid in email notifications to your Employees and Customers.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.

this is a completely unintuitive and frustrating way to see critical information which should be so much easier to see ??? Nearly every other other booking platform has this?

    Mustapha,

You can suggest that as a "feature request" here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    Best Regards.

Hi Liza, roughly when can we expect this update? I'd find it very useful too, I'd also like to apply it to the employees calendar details so they know to collect any remaining balance when they meet customers.

    Hi, Garion,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I forwarded your request to our development team. I will get back to you once I receive their response.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Garion,

Our developers requested additional details, so they will get a clearer idea of how it should work:

    1. Where would you like to see deposit info specifically (in a column, in an expanded row, etc.)?
    2. What do you think, which columns we can make smaller and lose some data in order to show this info (since at the moment there's simply not enough space for one more column)?
    3. Is it suitable to make another column that would be hidden for other users (we will provide a solution for you to show it)?
    4. How would you like this value to work for group booking (sum of deposit payments or just one deposit value)?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
