I have set up Google calendar integration but when I press the employee page an error occurs:
"Unable to connect to Google calendar"
There is no indication as to what this error is. When I press sign in to Google I can choose an account and I am taken to the page which says "Google hasn't verified this app" which is fine and I continue logging in and confirm my choices but then the same initial error message pops up. This is the second time I've used the walkthrough from scratch.... This is simply not good enough this is a premium application with endless problems!
on the google console its in the “in production” phase with only an option to go back into testing phase.
The verification status says verification not required?
surely there was a simpler way for you to enable calendar integrations for your customers… this is ridiculously complex and the video support on the amelia website is extremely unhelpful for troubleshooting issues
i cant send videos can you send me an email so i can show you what i mean? I need google calendar integration to work otherwise this plugin is useless? I wont have a clue when i have a client or when.
You can email me using the email address in my signature, but there really shouldn't be any need for this.
If your app is pushed to production, and you only see an error "Unable to connect to Google calendar" when you access your employee's profile, you need to go to the database table wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar and delete all rows from it. After you do this, you will be able to link your employee(s) with Google Calendar.

Hello mustapha
This error usually comes up if you haven't published the app in Google Developers Console, under OAuth Consent Screen:
If you haven't done this, the employee's will drop out of the connection every couple of days, so that's the first thing you need to check.
When an employee drops out, the token is saved with NULL or an invalid token in the database table wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar.
You need to go to that table, delete all rows, and connect your employees again. After the app has been published, this should not happen again.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
