    Hi,

Is there any way of adding multiple price points based on number of people attending ie 1 person = $25 2 people = $45 3 People = $60 etc?

    Hi Natacha,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

At the moment, prices can only be set per one person, and then multiply accordingly. However, we will include different tier tickets for Events in our next update.

Could you please ballpark the date for the update of different tier ticket price for events

    Hi Ivana,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Two questions:

When do you anticipate this update please?

And is there a work around for this issue at the moment?

ie can I package different price points?

    Thanks

    Hi Natascha and Daniel,

event ticketing will be integrated in the update after the next (upcoming one); we are currently working on testing the features.

At the moment, there is no workaround unfortunately, however, as advised we are expecting this feature to be released soonsmile.png

    Hi Ivana,

    Thank you for your reply.

Can a workaround be we supply a voucher equal to the discount for multiple tiers?

    ie 1 child = $25

    2 children = $50 - $5 discount?

    Is that possible?

    Thank you

    Hi Natacha,

    thank you for contacting back.

You could use the vouchers, however, we unfortunately wouldn't have any way to connect them to the number or type of attendees, as coupons are currently attached to the number of approved appointments one customer has.

Ok. I will have to wait for the update. For now I have put the price per ticket as 1 person and then approved pay deposit only of the minimum price and balance paid on the day of the class.

Another question (sorry!!). Is there any way to customise the drop down boxes instead of showing employees it shows regions/areas ie North Brisbane, South Brisbane, Sydney etc? Then I can assign a special day for that area to the correct employee?

    Hi Natascha,

thank you for the kind reply; I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.

For the ticket tiers, for now you can also use Extras for 2 types of tickets. Extras go with regular services, kind of like mini services, but you can use them for ticketing as a workaround.

Service would cost, let's say $10 for an adult, and if they add extra that costs $7, that would be like purchasing another ticket for a child.

You can use locations for that, and hide employees. However, employees would need to be connected to the locations in advance. Or, you can simply name your employees by locations if that is more convenient for yousmile.png
